Frequently Asked Questions About Sales

How do I use the sales list here?

This list is not comprehensive and only features the most popular items that we have on sale. To see everything that we have on sale click here.
This list is organized by sales pricing and then by manufacturer beneath that pricing header for easy scrolling.
If you’re looking for a specific product on this list you can press the control key and F key on your keyboard at the same time to open a dialogue box that will allow you to search for a keyword. Type the name of the product or manufacturer that you’re interested in into the box and hit enter and these names will be highlighted for you and can be scrolled through using the arrow buttons on that box.
If you’re shopping for a specific type of item like a ball vaporizer, but you don’t know which one you want and would like to see your options you can type that into the search box as well. Options include: Ball Vaporizer, Desktop Vaporizer, Portable Vaporizer, Portable Concentrate Vaporizer, E-rig, Bundle, and Stem Vaporizer

I’m looking for something not on this list but am having trouble finding it on the discounts page, how can I check if it’s on sale?

An easy way to check if an item is on sale is to look at the pricing on the product’s page. If you see a percentage next to the price, then the price has already been adjusted and a discount code will not work on the product. If there’s no percentage beside the pricing, add the item to your cart and select “discount code.” You may then type in the codes to see if any apply and adjust the price of the item. If the price does not adjust with one of the codes, then it is not currently on sale.

How do I learn more about the products on this list?

Simply click on the name of the item that you’d like to know more about and you will be directed to the product page for that item.

Are these the only sales that you’ll have for Black Friday?

No, there will be other sales available which will be rolling out through the season. Please check back regularly to see what’s new or subscribe to our newsletter to receive emails as sales go live.

I’m looking for a specific product that isn’t on this list, will that go on sale?

We’re not sure. We work with the manufacturers on sales pricing and timing and we make sales go live on the site based on agreements that we have with them. We unfortunately can’t predict which products will go on sale or for how much.

The Vaporizer I want is on sale but will this be the best price on it this season, or will there be a better sale later?

We’re not sure. Some products may have better sales as the holidays approach but as mentioned above, we’re unable to predict sales.

If I buy a product now and it has a better price later, can I get that sales pricing instead?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer retroactive discounts. We highly encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter and wait to see if a product you’re interested in has a better price later. Our Winter Sales pricing will be available all season, so you won’t miss out on those discounts by waiting.

Will you price match other sales?

We may offer a price match but we’ll need to investigate the sale and discuss with the manufacturers first. If you find a better deal somewhere else, please email us with a screenshot of the pricing at checkout including the shipping costs and tax.

I missed a sale; can I still get the item at that price?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer retroactive discounts. We highly encourage those interested in sales to subscribe to our newsletter and keep an eye on the discounts page on our website to ensure that you don’t miss a sale.

How long will sales be available?

The Winter codes will be available throughout the winter season. Select sales will be outlined in our newsletter along with their projected deadlines. At this time, we cannot predict future sales.
