Returns & Missing Items

Missing or Damaged Items

  • Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email sales@vgoodiez.com with details and photos if applicable

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • We are a small family business, not an equipment rental service
  • Returns should be new, unused, and in resellable condition whenever possible
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason, including the return being used and abused, or simply because you’re being an asshole

Shipping & Fees

  • Shipping charges and Route shipping protection are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
    • We can provide a discounted return label if requested
  • If used, the label cost will be deducted from your refund
  • If you use your own shipping for items over $75, we strongly recommend:
    • Tracking
    • Shipping insurance

⚠️ Important:
Returns must be shipped to the exact address provided, including the RMA number.
Missing or incorrect information may result in delays or lost packages, which we cannot be responsible for.

Refund Options & Restocking Fees

New / Sealed Items

  • 100% product refund if returned as a VGoodiEZ gift card
  • 10% restocking fee if refunded back to your original payment method

Opened or Used Items

  • 20% restocking fee for gift card refunds
  • 25% restocking fee for refunds to your original payment method

Very Used / Abused Items

  • Up to 45% restocking fee for gift card refunds
  • Up to 50% restocking fee for refunds to your original payment method

Condition Requirements

Returned items must:

  • Be clean and free of particulate, residue, oils, or resins
  • Include all parts, accessories, manuals, and original packaging
  • Be in working, resellable condition

Returns may be denied if:

  • Items are incomplete or damaged
  • Required accessories or packaging are missing

If denied, the customer is responsible for return shipping to receive the item back.

Items That Cannot Be Fully Cleaned

Some components (such as whip assemblies) cannot always be cleaned to a resellable standard.

  • If included, we may ask you not to return the item
  • The cost of that component will be deducted from your refund

Excessively Dirty Returns

  • Items returned excessively dirty will incur an additional 5% cleaning fee
  • No visible particulate or residue should be present
  • If unsure, email photos in advance to sales@vgoodiez.com

Late Returns

  • Returns received after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for a refund
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping if they want the item returned to them

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll receive an email confirming receipt
  • Gift cards are issued immediately upon approval
  • Card refunds may take up to 48 business hours to appear

❗ Route Insurance Exception
We cannot issue refunds if:

  • A Route claim has been approved and
  • A replacement order has already shipped

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank (processing delays are common)

Price Matching & Adjustments

  • We do not offer traditional price matching
  • You’re welcome to email us to see if we can help: sales@vgoodiez.com

Price Adjustments

  • Requests must be made within 72 hours of order placement
  • Does not apply to:
    • Black Friday sales
    • 4/20 or other flash sales

Any approved retroactive adjustments are issued as a VGoodiEZ gift card, not a refund to the original payment method.

All price matching and adjustments are at the sole discretion of VGoodiEZ.
