Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items must be returned brand new. Used items will NOT be refunded.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refuned and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charges if they want the product back.
We are currently taking returns on glass items but they will be evaluated very carefully to insure they are not used. Any hint of use (material build up/smell of any cleaning agent) and the refund will be denied. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charges if they want the product back.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charges if they want the product back.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Again your item must be received in the same condition you received it. It must be unused and in resellable condition in order to receive a refund. There is a 10% restock fee plus the original cost of shipping (if your order was shipped for free).
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Price match- We price match delivered cost for U.S. Shippers. This is for product that is available and in stock at the competitor site. We cannot price match preorder product. We consider tax and shipping you'd be charged to be part of the cost we match so go through the checkout process at the competitor site and send a screenshot to email@example.com for a price match. We will quickly respond with a coupon code to match your delivered cost.
If a product goes on sale somewhere else or at VGoodiEZ, we will price match within 48 hours of your sale. Price difference will be issued back in the form of a gift card useful on future purchases at VGoodiez. The credit card processors don't like refunds and we are a small business so we are choosing to honor price matching in this way. The only exception is specifically defined 420 and Black Friday packages. These are in one day specials and no refunds will be given to meet those prices. Thanks for supporting small business!
