What is Seel Package Protection?
Seel Package Protection is a solution that helps cover your order in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. We know how frustrating it is to have something happen to your order, so we have partnered with Seel to offer added assurance that you are supported, no matter what. You can easily file a claim with their team online.
Where is My Order?
Once your order has been fulfilled by our team, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be emailed directly to you so you can keep an eye on your delivery.
How Does Seel Work?
If your order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, the expert support team at Seel helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1 to 2 business days from filing.
How Seel Processes Claims
Coverage Window: Coverage begins automatically after your order is fulfilled and shipped with valid tracking information.
- Reorders: Seel covers the full cost of replacing your items, including shipping and taxes, as long as the items are in stock.
- Refunds: Seel covers the order subtotal. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Seel premium are not included.
- Claims Processing Time: Once submitted, claims are reviewed and handled within 24 to 48 hours.
When to File a Seel Claim
- Lost (Stuck in Transit): You can file a claim if the carrier's tracking status explicitly indicates the package is "Lost," or if the package remains undelivered with no tracking updates for 5 days.
- Stolen (Marked Delivered): File between 5 and 15 calendar days after delivery. A police report is sometimes required.
- Damaged: File within 15 calendar days of delivery. Photos of the damaged item and packaging are required.
What if My Order Never Arrives or is Stolen?
If your order has not arrived, please file a claim directly with Seel online.
What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
If your order has arrived damaged, please take photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in to include in your claim when filing. If your order has defects or you suspect it was damaged during manufacturing, please reach out to us at sales@vgoodiez.com and we will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.
How Do I File a Claim?
You can file a shipping issue via the Seel Resolution Center online. To file a claim, you will need your store order number and the email address that was attached to the order.
