Station Assembly Instructions

Setting up your new Universal Baller station is straightforward. Follow this structured walkthrough to physically anchor your heating engine securely:

  1. Plug the high amperage multi-pin connector of your 25mm barrel enail coil into the designated round power socket on the back panel of the digital PID controller unit.
  2. Connect the main power cable into the remaining input port. Always ensure both connection pins are pushed completely home and fully seated.
  3. Route the braided cord of your barrel coil neatly down around the integrated cable management lugs on the side of the wireless docking station base.
  4. Insert the operational element of your 25mm barrel coil smoothly into the top collar slot framework of the docking base.
  5. Secure the assembly using the two included machine screws tightened down firmly with your hex allen key.
  6. Critical Safety Verification: Visually confirm that the exposed hot metal elements of the barrel heating coil are suspended cleanly and are not touching any raw frame components of the docking station.

Temperature Calibration AND Burn Off

Before launching into your initial dry herb session, it is vital to complete a single baseline burn off cycle to fully sanitize the system and dissolve any microscopic manufacturing oils or packing residuals:

  • The Burn Off: Rest your assembled Universal Baller heating head directly inside the active 25mm coil station. Flip the toggle switch to power up your digital PID controller, and increase your heat target to 700°F (371°C) for a continuous 15 to 20 minutes. Once the burn off window scales out, dial your temperature targets down to native extraction limits.
  • Temperature Adjustment: To safely program your regular operating heat map, use only the single-click up and down arrow keys on your PID faceplate. We suggest keeping your sessions mapped across the following standard benchmarks:
    • Wireless Configuration Targets: 490°F - 610°F (254°C - 321°C)
    • Wired Configuration Targets: 400°F - 570°F (204°C - 298°C)

Operating Guidelines AND Loading

  • Loading the Chamber: Use your premium stainless steel scoop tool to load a fresh payload of cleanly ground, medium consistency dry herb into the internal screen bed of your 22mm diffuser glass bowl.

 

  • The Packing Press: Turn your scoop around and use the circular flat tamper base to apply a very light, uniform press over your flower bed. This shapes the top surface evenly to ensure clean, balanced thermal convection formatting.

 

  • Airflow Hazards: Never over pack your bowl or press the dry herb column down too firmly! Compacting your material chokes off convective airflow paths, creating uneven heat distribution and incomplete extractions.

 

  • The Initial Heat Soak: Once your Universal Baller housing is placed down into its active heating loop, let the internal mass absorb energy for roughly 10 minutes before starting your session. Premium grade 2 titanium housings reach high heat recovery thresholds exceptionally fast, whereas heavy duty stainless steel options will require slightly longer soak times to charge to full thermal capacity.

Vaping and Extraction Tech

  • Once your head has fully heat soaked to target levels, dock the heater assembly flush directly over the rim of your 22mm diffuser bowl and initiate a slow, steady inhale.

 

  • Depending on your overall load volume and lung capacity, complete extraction is typically achieved in (1 to 3 active draws).

 

  • Adjust your PID targets after your initial draw cycle to fine tune your preference profile. Lower operational heat bands prioritize pure terpene preservation and flavor translation, while higher temperatures maximize massive cloud output at the cost of delicate flavor notes.

Tip: Managing Stiff Bowl Connections

The precision ground interlocking joints on these high utility diffuser glass bowls can occasionally fit tightly during initial configurations. To separate components safely for maintenance, grip the glass ground joint sleeve firmly with one hand while holding the primary metal bowl frame with the other, then pull straight apart with a steady, continuous pressure. Do not turn, wiggle, or twist the parts, as this can create microscopic stress points on the raw glass material.

Once disassembled, clean the areas thoroughly and wipe a trace smear of clear organic o-ring lubricant over the seals to make future breakdowns entirely effortless. If you encounter a joint lock that is difficult to release, leverage basic thermal expansion physics to help: place your heated wireless housing onto the metal bowl shoulder for roughly 15 seconds to let the metal expand slightly, then wrap an oven glove or thick protective towel around the warm collar and pull the cool glass joint straight away.
