In order to register your product, you'll need to create a customer account first. Use the link below to create your customer account:

Once your customer account is created, they will send a confirmation email. You must open the confirmation email and confirm your account in order to log in. After confirming, you may log in and add the product to your list of devices (you will need to upload a copy of your order receipt):

Once the device is added to your list, it will show as "Pending" status until Storz & Bickel approves the product registration.

Once approved, it will show as "Registered" status. If you haven't received confirmation of device registration after 72 hours, you can message their support team from the link below:

* Registering certain devices like the VENTY, MIGHTY+, VOLCANO CLASSIC, or VOLCANO HYBRID within four weeks of purchase can grant an additional year of warranty.
