Battery Free Ganz Dani Punch Disassembly Instructions

You've been using your BFG Dani Punch and now it's cleaning time. We have a detailed video walking you step by step through the process.

Disassembly Steps:

1. Hold the mouthpiece and the stem together.
2. Grab only the bowl section and turn it "lefty loosey" to remove it from the top part of the inside assembly.
3. The bottom section of the assembly, which is only held in by an O-ring after being unscrewed, can then pop out.
4. To remove the wood sleeve, turn it "righty loosey" since it is reverse threaded. The speaker notes there is not usually a reason to remove this part unless you are changing the sleeve.

Reassembly Steps:

1. Push in the bottom half of the inside assembly.
2. Hold the stem and the mouthpiece together.
3. Drop the bowl section in and turn it clockwise ("righty tighty") to tighten it up.
