Cured my VAS for now. There really is nothing better in the TED space once you figure out how to work this thing. I would recommend watching the videos on Madheaters website and investing in a YLL induction heater.
I got the Midnight version of the case, haven't been able to take it out and about yet but it's a great case. You basically don't need a reload if you have this! Comes with a multi tool, debowler, and decapper. I think an easy complaint against it would be that it's "big" but there's a lot of added function so I think it's worth it.
I will say the cap of the case does get pretty warm still when decapping the Tempest head, but still hold-able.
Looks sleek and works great though so 5 stars
I honestly couldn't see using my tempest without it. The way the tempests cap is completely enclosed by the cases cap is just genius, and yet so simple. When I ordered it I totally thought it would be a replacement for the reload. And it is not. It doesn't have fresh and abv storage, it has fresh OR abv storage. And the debowler sits in the single storage space so... I guess it's my fault for not reading closely enough before ordering, but like I said earlier, I couldn't imagine using the tempest without it. However, part of me feels like someone said, "Yeah but if it's AND, that's a lot of reload 2's that aren't gonna sell!" Maybe I'm too cynical... I dunno, I'ma go get torched and think about it.
