About The HookMate by Bing/Crossing Technology

Designed by Bing and produced by Crossing Technology, The Hookmate is a precision-crafted captive J-hook system intended to prevent tipping and improve stability. The included J-hook is made from durable borosilicate glass for pure flavor, and has a J-shaped design to produce incredibly cool, filtered vapor. The Hookmate base is made from a soft-touch coated food-grade silicone and features a removable 304 stainless steel retention pin which locks the J hook in place and prevents tipping. The placement of the J-hook in the base is reversable allowing users to adjust the height and position of the J-hook for more flexible use. For extra protection, the HookMate includes a carrying case to prevent damage while traveling or storing the system, which also features a small pocket for other accessories like the MAD heaters reload. The Hookmate’s J-hook has a 14mm connection which is compatible with any vaporizer which also uses a 14mm connection for a variety of options and pairings.

How do I clean the HookMate?
Cleaning the HookMate is easy. Soak the J-hook in isopropyl alcohol and rinse thoroughly with warm clean water and allow to air dry completely before use. For the silicone base, you can wipe it down with a damp cloth.
How do I use the HookMate?
Place the J-hook into the base in either direction you prefer and secure it in place using the included pin. Connect your 14mm compatible vaporizer to the 14mm connection and use your vaporizer as usual while drawing through the J-hook mouthpiece.
