**Held in by the small silicone tube that wraps around the glass and acts as a buffer between the plastic and glass.  Please pay attention when opening the item and do not discard!  If you do lose it, the outside diameter is 8.3mm and inside diameter is 7.0mm.

*This takes a very small amount of water.  The water provides more moisturizing then cooling, the glass does most of the cooling.  Please do not overfill and be careful not to tip water into your device.
