JCVAP has unfortunately made the decision to dismiss their warranty obligations to the end user so this product unfortunately carriers no warranty.  They won't even troubleshoot so don't bother emailing them.  You can certainly reach out to sales@vgoodiez.com and we'll do our best to help.  So with that, we'll cover DOA products but otherwise there is no warranty implied.

How do I clean the JCVAP Poby S Portable E-rig?
Cleaning the Poby S Portable E-rig is easy. Ensure the E-rig is turned off and fully cooled and remove the glass dome, carb cap, and the atomizer from the base. Soak the glass attachment and carb cap in isopropyl alcohol for up to 30 minutes and rinse thoroughly with warm water. Use a cotton swab dampened with alcohol to gently wipe the inside of the chamber. Do not soak the atomizer and is can damage the electrical components. Use a cloth slightly dampened with alcohol to wipe down the body of the base, but keep liquid away from the USB port, buttons, and internals. Allow all parts to dry completely before reassembling and run a single empty cycle at a low temperature to evaporate any remaining alcohol residue.
How do I use the Poby S Portable E-rig?
Using the Poby S E-rig is easy. Remove and fill the glass attachment with a small amount of water, just above the air holes and reattach. Do not fill the attachment while it’s connected to the E-rig. Use a loading tool to place a small amount of material directly into the heating chamber. Power on the device and select your preferred temperature by pressing the button three times to cycle through heating modes. Press the button four times and then single press to choose a duration time. Press the power button twice to begin heating. The Poby S E-rig will pulse with light as it heats up and will vibrate when it’s ready to use. Take slow and steady draws.
