3mm Ruby Beads (10 beads per Bag) by VGoodiEZ

I think that Jay spent quite a lot of time with you on the phone discussing this topic and we did inform you that they were much smaller than the quartz beads.

Perhaps there is some tolerance in both the quartz beads and the Ruby but I'm not sure we would have really recommended them to be used in this application. We saw these in different units of measure including some bags that have 120. We also sell 6 mm Ruby, 8mm Ruby and even 10mm Ruby. I think purchasing 6 mm would likely have been more appropriate in this case but then again there is a much greater cost the larger you get.

In the end we just wanted to clarify because I do think we spent a fair amount of time trying to work with you on everything and it's disappointing that this is not meeting your satisfaction.
