Trix really knocked it out of the park with this sauce. The heat is balanced with just enough sweetness to really allow the flavor of the chiles to shine through without being overly hot. The sauce is also one of the most creamy I have had, almost to the point where I suspected there was dairy, but it is just some Trix Magic. This allows the sauce to be used as a dipping sauce if you so choose and it will adhere to your food rather than just drip off. In terms of heat level and consistency, it reminds me very much so of Blairs FF15 Passion Barrel Reserve Hot Sauce that they released a few years ago. If you are a chilehead, take it from the BlazingFoodie, that this sauce is AWESOME!!!!

This sauce is most delicious. Made from homegrown peppers? Wow. I love how i can see the spices and ingredients in it. I want to see this hot sauce make it to First We Feast's Hot ones on youtube. How do we make this happen?

This hot sauce is excellent on wings, shrimp, and my personal favorite, on scrambled eggs. Nailed the spicy sweet balance and I’m looking for new things to try it on all the time. Great sauce!

So, I love my hot sauce...I really do. The hotter the better, but usually that involves sacrificing flavor for heat. Not with this stuff!! Trix024 Ghost Pepper Sauce has amazing flavor AND heat! I love the pineapple sauce the best but they are both incredible! I will definitely be ordering more when I run out. Now that I'm spoiled, I don't think I'm gonna be able to live without it!
