Works like a charm but…

This product works like a charm if your Old Mate grinder works properly. The Old Mate grinder is know for it’s heavy duty feel, look and most important it’s spinning capability. Mine would only spin 10 sec. Old Mate said some work better than others and nothing could be done. With that response from customer service I sent the grinder and grips back for a refund. After being charged a restocking fee, fees for using a credit card I will have to find a grinder with better customer service.
