You can purchase this refurbishment service to support reasonable repairs that are not covered under the normal manufacturers warranty. Examples could be damage to the button or broken glass liners caused by dropping the device. Events like that are not covered under warranty but we want to make sure you have options to get your device working again.
Items returned to us are expected to be handled with reasonable care and CLEAN! This is not a service to refurbish neglected devices. We won't accept a bag of parts to be put back together. We won't handle deep cleaning because you can't take the necessary time to maintain your device on a regular basis for healthy operation. Items received that are in pieces or demonstrate a lack of maintenance based on smell or excess particulate will be immediately returned as is. No funds will be credited back for this service.
If you agree to the above go ahead and purchase this item. You can select free shipping (normally 3-5 business days) when you check out or if you want us to send it back to you quicker, go ahead and select that service at checkout, pay for it and we will ship your return back that method. You are responsible for the shipping expense to get the unit to us.

Please be careful to ship it to the exact address given. Any missing information can cause delays or even lost shipments. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item under normal circumstances, much less with missing information in the address. This includes the RMA number, which is your order number (you'll receive an email confirmation with this information). This must be included on the return address.
Again, please ensure the unit is clean and free of any smell or material left over. Send the unit only. No batteries, no stems, pouches or other accessories. This service is for the BASE unit only and no accessories are required.
We recommend you send the shipment with tracking and provide us that tracking information so we can be on the lookout for it. VGEZ/TM cannot be responsible for any lost items.
