If you own a Flowerpot, you need a shovelhead bowl. I’ve drastically reduced the amount of weed I vape. Using a standard 19mm injector, I’ve ripped through an ounce within four days.

My only complaint is NOT everyone wants a .25 rip to the face…. I wished they had inserts to choke down the bowl size…. DONT PACK YOUR BOWLS…. Just make sure you completely cover the screen with flower if light can pass through, so can the air, bypassing the flower itself… also wished the posts had a channel for the set screw to “bite” down better on it, other then that…. Years of function are ahead…

I picked up the Shovelhead because I'm done with glass and was looking for a good match to mate with the B0 Ball Vape... Yea, I luv the glass & I hate the glass!!! After breaking the last pipe I bought a Hamilton Devices Day Pipe (A stainless steel pipe with eight 0.2g bowls). It's a beast and never breaks! So... After the 4th session with B0, the glass carb handle pops off the new injector during a pull and leaves a tiny hole in its place (oh well, glass, LMAO). I researched a metal option, found the Shovelhead & ordered it...

Yea, it's really nice & solid (simple & pretty). It does place the B0 closer to the herb for a quicker vaporization so you'll draw less before you see vape. This means I'm not having to inhale half a lung full to get it started (big plus). Taste? I honestly can't tell the difference, but I also turned my temps down to compensate for the closer proximity of the B0 to the herb... It really depends on what I'm going for - Taste or Slammed (you can find a really nice balance though).

It's easy to clean, no more glass injector, more efficient extraction, and it looks nice to boot (a win-win). It came in one piece, no damage, and I really appreciate Vgoodiez for the quick order turn-around & minimal packaging (no need to stick tiny bowl in a huge box). I'm beyond happy I picked this up.

PS: To those new to the Shovelhead, here are my settings...

(1). Temp set to 595f with 12 min preheat/heat-soak on the B0 Ball Vape. You must allow the ball media within to fully heat for best efficiency & heat transfer.

(2). Load Shovelhead with fine grind (don't over pack - I load 1/8th - 1/4 teaspoon).

(3). Place Ball Vape on top and let it heat-soak Shovelhead for about 90 secs before drawing. Allowing the SH to heat-soak provides a more consistent & efficient extraction. I only heat-soak the Shovelhead before the first hit and use normally after that.
